How do i customize load screen??? - Guild Wars Forums

how do i do this? i know i can go to interface and customize lots of things, but how do i change the load screen? does it come up in interface and i dont see it? or do i have to do something else? thx peeps...

whhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaat?

why do i have a load screen wit a simple red bar on the bottom with the simple name in white on top, while other ppl have the name in a silver bar and it looks much better... is this like europe only or what?!?!?!?

EDIT: The load screen with the silver bar you are talking about is an older style. Anet took it out a while ago. I still don't know why they did it, I liked the silver bar better.
